Metadata workshop

The workshop on metadata, organized through the Nordplus project "Going beyond search", is arranged by Humlab (Umeå University) and will take place on Zoom over two half-days.

The first half-day (June 8, between 13–16 CET) is dedicated to a hands-on workshop on metadata for bibliometrics led by Gustaf Nelhans (University of Borås).

The second half-day (June 9, between 9–12 CET) focuses on a flipped classroom workshop on the annotation tool Annif (https://annif.org/). This workshop will be led by Osma Suominen (National Library of Finland).

There is a limited number of participants to each workshop half day, and participants in the Nordplus project "Going beyond search" are prioritized.
