Humlab Workshop: GIS

Geographical Information Systems (GIS) is rapidly gaining in popularity with widespread applications in the practice, the sciences and the humanities. During this workshop, Magnus Strömgren and Cenk Demiroglu from Department of Geography and Humlab will hold three consecutive sessions to introduce the participants to the realm of GIS and engage them further with the hands-on experience of ArcGIS applications.

13:15-14:00 Introduction to GIS and ArcGIS Desktop
14:15-15:00 Introduction to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
15:15-16:00 Python Scripting for ArcGIS
