Humlab Talk: Jungian archetypes in media

"First we will talk about the concept of the archetype and also the main groups of Jungian archetypes will be presented. Secondly we will watch several short videos from media and will analyze them from the Jungian archetypes' perspective. In some aspects we will also touch the role of storytelling in our media world."

Aistė Urbonienė is PhD in Social Sciences (Education), researcher, associated professor at Vilnius University since 2011. Her research interests include e.g. educational activities and learning environments, management of communication, gender aspects in education. In 2015 she was nominated as the best lecturer at Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty and recieved Vilnius University Rector's price.

She teaches both Humanitarian Sciences (Swedish language, Art Communication, Introduction to Culture Studies) as well as Social Sciences (Sociology, Strategies of Negotiations, Introduction to Communication, Art and Public Relations). She is also a translater that has published novels, articles and poetry from Swedish to Lithuanian.
