The aim of this collaboration day is to gather representatives from centres, graduate schools and other initiatives that perform research, education or cooperation activities outside of the regular line organisation of faculties and departments, in order to stimulate and shape collaboration and exchanges that are currently missing.
Join this half-day workshop to bring your ideas and challenges to the table and help to lay the foundation for future university-wide activities that can strengthen networks, operations, strategies and opportunities across different units.
The meeting is hosted by The Arctic Centre at Umeå University and the Centre for Transdiciplinary AI (TAIGA), with support from the University Management.
Representatives from centres, work units and doctoral schools within Umeå University. There is no set limit for number of participants per unit.
The purpose of this workshop is to deepen relationships, exchange perspectives and build a shared understanding of the conditions and challenges that centres, work units and doctoral schools face.
Part of the workshop will be divided into parallel sessions.
Session 1 Aimed at representatives of centers and work units - for example, Directors, Deputy Directors, Coordinators, Managers or support staff.
Session 2 Aimed at representatives of graduate schools
A more detailed agenda will be presented closer to the day of the workshop.
