Join us and meet your peers with an interest in bioinformatics!
We are pleased to invite you to an online bioinformatics mingle taking place on Wednesday June 3rd, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
The purpose of the afternoon is to increase our interactions university wide, share knowledge and get to know one another better. We therefore encourage staff at all levels of seniority to participate, and welcome everyone interested in bioinformatics regardless of experience.
The mingle will include three presentations on interesting topics, see below.
The presenters and the titles of their talks:
Mahesh Binzer-Panchal - "Introduction to Containers"
Andreas Sjödin - "Introduction to (bio)conda and reproducible research"
Nina Norgren - "GMS - Genomic Medicine Sweden - Bringing precision medicine into clinical practice"
