Contents
Project in Molecular Biology 30 ECTS-credits is to be carried out within the subjects of the following research areas: Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology and Animal Physiology.
Required Knowledge
Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English B. Additional requirements are: Thirty ECTS-credits in Chemistry, with a minimum of 7,5 ECTS-credits in Biochemistry; practical experience of laboratory work, corresponding to a minimum of 30 ECTS-credits; 45 ECTS-credits in Life Sciences, including a minimum of 7.5 ECTS-credits in Genetics and in total a minimum of 22.5 ECTS-credits in Microbiology, Plant- and Animal Physiology, and Cell- and Molecular Biology, as well as a Degree thesis of 15 ECTS-credits at the basic level in any of the following areas: Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Genetics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Plant Physiology; and 30 ECTS-credits at the advanced level in Molecular Biology. Moreover, a certificate by the supervisor stating a guaranteed placement in a particular laboratory or company is required.
