Contents
The aim of this course is for students to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of qualitative methods, including interviews, focus groups and document analysis. Emphasis is placed on the planning conduction and analysis of qualitative studies and on the writing of qualitative research reports. The application of qualitative methods in studying dietary habits is given particular attention.
Required Knowledge
Food and Nutrition A20, B20 and 30 ECTS at C-level or their equivalents.
