About the course

The course provides a roadmap for understanding and managing organizational change in a global environment. The course begins with an overview of the theoretical foundations of organizational change. It then provides different conceptual and research-based frameworks to understand the process of change management (diagnose, design, deliver and evaluate). The course concludes by discussing the opportunities and challenges for organizational change conferred by digital technologies and sustainability transitions.

Required Knowledge

60 credits in Business Administration at Basic level (A-level) and Intermediate level (B-level) or equivalent, whereof approved 45 credits.

Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English B/6.

Selection

Students applying for courses within a double degree exchange agreement, within the departments own agreements will be given first priority. Then will - in turn - candidates within the departments own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
