About the course

During this course you will be able to explore in depth a topic that interests you within the field of Food, Nutrition and Culinary Sciences. You will plan and carry out a study, process the results and connect them with earlier research. You will also present and discuss your work. By independently completing this work you will develop your ability to formulate research questions as well to answer them.

Required Knowledge

90 ECTS in Food and Nutrition, including 15 credits thesis, or 90 ECTS in Restaurant and Culinary Arts, including 15 credit thesis, and 7,5 credits in a scientific methods course at the advanced level, or the equivalent.
Proficiency in English equivalent to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies.

Selection

Students applying for courses within a double degree exhange agreement, within the departments own agreements will be given first prioroty. Then will - in turn - candidates whitin the departments own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
