About the course

The work can be chosen from a variety of topics within the field of physics. The student is given the opportunity to practice her/his knowledge within some supervised specialized project. The aims are to promote advanced skills and competence within the field, to develop skills in collecting and compiling data and in accounting for the results obtained, both orally and in written form.

90 credits including at least 15 credits in physics at advanced level and relevant courses for the thesis. Proficiency in English and Swedish equivalent to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies. Requirements for Swedish only apply if the course is held in Swedish.

Students applying for courses within a double degree exchange agreement, within the departments own agreements will be given first priority. Then will - in turn - candidates within the departments own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
