About the course

Digitialization in organizations is shaped by institutional actors and regulation, while it in turn affects organizational processes and work. Through the introduction of current and relevant laws and policies and with the help of both historical and recently published research, the course applies a critical perspective on the use of digital technology for e.g. automation, remote and hybrid work and performance monitoring.

Required Knowledge

Admission to the course requires at least 90 credits in one of the following subjects: Informatics, Computer science, Business administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Political science or Sociology or equivalent studies. Also required is English B/6.

Selection

Students applying for courses within a double degree exchange agreement, within the departments' own agreements will be given first priority. Then will - in turn - candidates within the department's own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
