About the course

The course gives an introduction to human cognition for those interested in how we perceive and interpret our the world around us, how our attention and our memory works, how we make decisions and solve problems, and the role language has for our though processes. In addition to lectures and seminars, lab experiments offer hands-on experience of some of the central phenomena.

Brief contents: perception, attention, memory, language, decision making and problem solving
