* have knowledge about different theories on perception and an understanding for applications of these theories on artificial systems
* Knowledge about machine vision techniques to capture, analyze and use visual information

Skills and ability
After the course, the student should:

* have the ability to apply and integrate this knowledge in a project.
* have the ability to communicate the project results in written and oral presentation

Evaluation ability and approach
After the course, the student should:

* have a deeper understanding for cognitive science methods
