About the course
The course covers quantitative research methods with emphasis on designing and evaluating self-assessment instruments and analyzing the data obtained. The course aims partly to provide insight into how self-assessment instruments are designed and used. The elements addressed are guidelines for the construction of questions and answer alternatives, testing and analysis of quality in data obtained through self-assessment instruments. The course also aims to provide knowledge of statistical methods used to analyze data obtained. The course also covers quantitative research methodology in general with a focus on both non-experimental and experimental design.
