About the course

During this course you will be able to explore in depth a topic that interests you within the field of Food, Nutrition and Culinary Sciences. You will plan and carry out a study, process the results and connect them with earlier research. You will also present and discuss your work. By independently completing this work you will develop your ability to formulate research questions as well to answer them.
