What made you choose the course Intelligence and IQ?
There are very few individual courses specifically addressing the IQ concept, from what I've found. I needed more knowledge about IQ research. Despite having two master's degrees in psychology, I don't feel the IQ concept is adequately covered. I work with IQ testing, and I needed to deepen my understanding.
What was the best thing about the course?
That we got to read so many articles. They covered the area thoroughly.
What do you want to work with in the future?
I already work with what I want to, but I think it's important for HR staff to become better acquainted with the IQ concept and the research around it.
What opportunities do you see this course providing you in your career?
We use a lot of tests in the workplace, but very few within HR have sufficient knowledge.
What would you say to someone considering taking this course?
IQ is a rather controversial subject with many opinions but few have enough knowledge about it. There's a lot of speculation. That's why it's important to have facts and be critically thinking based on facts.
