About the course

Independent investigation of a specific subject of study in English literature. The assignment is presented in English in the form of an essay of about 10000 words using generally accepted research principles for content, formatting and layout. The course also includes giving feedback on other students' essays. The subject choice is made in consultation with the supervisor.

The course includes three required seminars. Participation can occur via the internet; however, physical attendance at the final seminar is recommended.
