The course is focused on modern English literature (i.e. from the 1970s onward) in a global perspective and also covers some cultural history and literary criticism. It is the perfect course for anyone who wishes to get acquainted with the rich English-speaking literature of countries other than Great Britain and the USA.
As a citizen of a country outside the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you are required to pay application and tuition fees for studies at Umeå University.
