Frequently asked questions
I am an exchange student. Will you be able to fill in documents (i.e. percentage) from my home university to translate the Swedish grade to percentage so that I can credit my course?
No, we do not sign these documents. Your home university is responsible for translating Swedish grades into your country's grading system. It may help to present your course work and exams from Umeå University to your home university when you return.
Is attendance at seminars mandatory?
Yes, participation in examining seminars is mandatory, as they form part of the assessment.
