About the course

Digital strategy includes organizations' strategic use of digital technology to enable value creation, compete in the market, and handle change stemming from technological developments in the surrounding environment. The course introduces a conceptual basis for analyzing and understanding these processes with a focus on the dynamics between organizations and surrounding ecosystems as well as on the development and management of internal IT infrastructure.
