For this autumn, the University has been given the go-ahead to return to campus-based education, with some disease preventative measures. However, since education can take place in groups of a maximum of 50 participants and we need to take social distancing guidelines into account to reduce the spread of disease, your studies are likely to be affected in one way or another this autumn.
This could be that some lectures are still held remotely, that exams are adapted to alternative forms or that you need to participate in education on other times of the day to normal to have enough lecture rooms. Many laboratory exercises will be conducted on campus with smaller groups, but in some of the courses, the laboratory exercises will be carried out at home. If the situation should change, the Government is prepared to take further actions and the University will adjust accordingly.
Since teaching will partly be done remotely, it is important that you have a computer so that you can study from home.
Students are urged to take personal responsibility for social distancing when conducting their studies. We want you to regularly read on the university's website where we have up-to-date information on how Covid-19 will affect your studies.
