We will hold a number of one-off meetings lasting for a maximum of one hour, during which we will go through all the administration needed within the project. We are also always available to answer any questions by email. If there is anything we cannot answer, we will find out. In some cases, we will refer questions to the University’s central support service.
Application and ethical review
We can help with your application and ethical review. Just send us an email.
For help with preparation, we usually book in a meeting of about an hour. After the meeting, we will send you detailed notes of what needs to be done within your project, after which we will prepare for the information classification and the risk and vulnerability analysis, and will prepare for the data management plan in DMPonline.
We will then meet for a second time, for a maximum of one hour, to go through the documents created. Once again, you will receive detailed notes after this meeting.
Data collection and analysis
The focus here is on secure procedures for collection, storage and analysis, based on the information classification and the risk and vulnerability analysis. We will also go through the information provided to research subjects, and will review the tools used.
Project conclusion and clean-up
When the project is coming to an end, we will hold a final meeting during which we will review data in paper and digital materials, discuss archiving and logging, and go through what needs to be cleaned up. Detailed notes will be made, and the administrator responsible for archiving will provide support for the process.
