FAS

The Department of Psychology, the Department of Education and the Department of Sociology offer joint research administration support to assist researchers at the departments in their day-to-day work. Below, you can find a description of this support, how we work and who we are.

Research applications

Help with applications. To be recorded in the department register.

Decisions

To be recorded in the department register.

Preparations

Ethical review, information classification, risk analysis, data management plan and PULO report.

Data collection

Purchases, software, secure routines, encryption keys, GDPR, information to research subjects, consents.

Analysis/processing

Secure routines, choice of tools and software, collaboration, preparation for archiving.

Publication

Add to DiVA and notify communications officer.

Project conclusion

Update the data management plan, finalise with finance, website materials, preparation for archiving.

Archiving/deletion

Archive data, archive paper copies, deletion protocol, record-keeping the long list.

Clean-up

Clean-up computers, memories and disks. Empty programs and backups, delete surveys and format equipment.
