The connection between education and AI could be described as involving three areas:
Learning with AI (e.g., the use of AI-powered tools in classrooms),
Learning about AI (e.g., its technologies and techniques) and
Preparing students for an AI world (e.g., enabling students to better understand the potential and impact of AI).
Education and AI focus area adds a pedagogical perspective on the use of AI systems and is a key partner in the design of educational AI systems. We are working in collaboration with other focus areas within TAIGA.
