We prefer to bring up new project plans in their early planning phase. Researchers are therefore welcome to early contact the chair of the Expert Group and maybe provide a preliminary sketch for discussion. The Expert Group can then provide feedback for the preparation of a formal project proposal. Such early discussions also make it possible to discover synergies and competing use of samples and data and to optimize the project based on this. Proposals and sketches that come three weeks before the Expert Group meeting is brought up at the meeting. Later incoming projects might be considered, depending on possibilities.
