We provide support in matters related to ethical applications, study design, drawing up necessary agreements, and more. We coordinate access to biobank samples and data from the Northern Sweden Health and Disease Study (NSHDS) as well as from a number of other sample collections and registers.
The Section of Biobank and Registry Support (previously the Biobank Research Unit) is a section under the Department of Public Health and Clinical Medicine since 1 October 2024.
We continue to support researchers within the entire Faculty of Medicine with questions related to biobank and registry studies. Ulrika Morris is Head of Section.
